Description
Our hotel need the services of good administrative assistant . You are expected to carryout the following functions
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings. Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings
Requirements
Ability to reconcile counts to report data./ Accounting
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and report.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Knowledge on Computer Skill.
Manage Multiple telephone calls
Hardworking/ work oriented
