- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

- Experience: 1 year
Bachelor degree
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize minimum supervision
-Proficient in MS Office
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of all information, including but not limited to hotels, owners and corporate operations
-Hospitality operations or administrative support experience preferred
