Description
Our hotel needs the services of a good admin assistant to work with the hotel.
We provide accommodation, Medical insurance and free transportation.
You will perform the following task.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Requirements
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Experience in UAE is an advantage
English required
Filipino preferred
Male preferred
