- Requirements
- A TEAM LEADER Lifeguard provides lead supervision for Lifeguards, monitors activities at the pool, and functions as a Lifeguard. Participates in the selection, scheduling, and assigning of Lifeguard duties. Gives instructions on pool operating procedures, rules, safety practices, maintenance, and related matters.
Ensure that Lifeguards maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism
Respond to any emergency that may arise within an area of Operations supervision
Prepare and submit relevant administrative documents in a timely manner
