Description: Policy Development & Implementation:
Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard assets and people.
Risk Management:
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats, then develop and implement measures to mitigate them.
Personnel Management:
Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule security guards and other security staff, providing leadership and guidance.
System Oversight:
Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems, recommending new technologies as needed.
Incident Response:
Lead responses to security incidents, such as breaches, theft, and emergencies, and investigate incidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
Emergency Planning:
Develop and test emergency response and evacuation plans, and conduct training for personnel on these procedures.
Compliance:
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to security and privacy.
Budget Management:
Develop, manage, and control the budget for all security operations and expenses.
Reporting:
Prepare and present reports to management on security operations, incidents, and proposed improvement plans.
Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact and collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities
