Description: What you will be doing:

Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified
To be fully involved in the fire safety protection program in collaboration with the Engineering department, and all other concerned departments, as per hotel policy.
To ensure that all new staff members are briefed and / or trained in Fire Prevention / Fire Fighting Procedures relevant to their position
To schedule quarterly fire evacuation drills, on collaboration with the HR, engineering and all other hotel departments

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Same leadership role experience for 2-4 years in 5 star hotels.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Highly responsible & reliable
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant systems

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
State-prescribed security training, licensing, and registration.
At least two years experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control.
In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
Knowledge of security industry regulations.
Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats.
