- We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase additional services, and remaining abreast of changes. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Customer-focus with the ability to manage the requirements of the Department’s internal customers as well as its external clients
Inclined end sales skills in prospecting, target management & market awareness
Microsoft proficient
Good in communication (verbal and in writing)
Keep problem-solving skills to deal with day-to-day concerns
Conflict management
Experience;
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the security industry in Dubai
