- OBJECTIVE:
To support the business by keeping accurate inventory data and providing the report to the department heads and the management for preparing the future purchasing plan.
To safeguard all inventory assets of the company, efficient utilization of allocated space, and to ensure 100% accuracy, sufficiency, and transparency of inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Accurate data entry in ERP software for issuance and receipts of inventory,
Prepare goods received notes, delivery notes, sale return, stock issuance to production in a timely manner.
Receive and inspect all incoming outgoing materials and reconcile with purchase & sales orders.
Ensuring that all required data entries are complete, on time and correct to
have reliable data in the reports.
Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly accurate stock report of main and virtual stores, periodic fast moving and slow-moving & damage stock report
Ensure that all stocks are properly arranged in the shelves as per standard procedures
and effectively utilizing the shelf space.
Conduct periodical physical stock count and ensure system and physical data are
always matching.
Provide periodical replenishment report of all products to purchasing department &
business heads based on stock days and product movement reports.
Creation of new item codes, barcodes, and update price changes by using filled
product registration forms
Booking / verifying stock consumption as per quotations and reporting variances to the finance Manager. Pass the stock adjustment entries into the system after approval and verify variances based on physical stock count.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Support in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures.
- Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Required Focus software experience with warehouse management systems and inventory management.
3. Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a supervisory and controller role.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements for warehouses.
5. Experience with material handling equipment and technology.
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
7. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
8. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that affect the warehouse operations.
