Description: We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Requirements: We have a requirement for a Recruitment Specialist. He must be experienced in the Construction Industry. The package is as follows:

1) Salary : 6000dhs ( Negotiable)

2) Nationality: Pakistani/Indian

Note : Candidate must have 05 years UAE Experience.

Questionnaire to Shortlist:

1) Must be experienced in Bluecollar / Whitecollar Recruitment.

2) Must be aware of UAE labour laws.

3) Should know how to prepare Limited/Unlimited contracts.

4) Must Know how to design and Implement HR policies .

5) Must have a strong personality and has taken corrective actions against under-performing employees.

6) Must have knowledge of Multiple job portals in the UAE .

7) Candidate must me either 30 or above.
