Description
*Responsible for screening, hiring and scheduling interviews for new applicants
*Ensure all applicants undergo the standard hiring process and check all credentials for the position applied for
*Coordinate and prepare orientation for newly hired staff
Prepare Job Description for all the applicants and current employees in case new position will be available
*Make sure staff files are updated and follow up concerned staff for document submissions
*Responsible in taking the employee’s personal information and contact concerned staff in case there will be concerns, complaints or warnings related to the services provided by the company
*Plan and arrange educational trainings for the staff
*Keep record of the staff attendance
*Process staff requests for leave of absence, resignation and/or termination of contract
*Coordinate with the Public Relations Clerk for typing, visa processing and all other requirements for the hiring process
Ensure all staff are evaluated annually as part of the company’s quality management system
*Support the management with basic administrative functions
*Responsible for overall coordination with the staff and the management
*Can communicate and coordinate with different recruitment agencies/ Manpower agencies.
*With Recruitment experience in healthcare field recruiting mainly nurses.
*With experience in Data flow and HAAD Licensing process.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR or Admin Assistant
Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in oral and written English
Customer service attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge in Visa processing and HAAD Licensing
