- Performs radiographic procedures for patients in surgery. Cleans, maintains, and makes minor adjustments to radiographic equipment, including determining repairs needed to equipment. Protects patient and other personnel from radiation hazards. Maintains radiographic supplies, film, and equipment.
- Requirements
- • Certification or associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Valid X-Ray Technician license.
• Experience operating radiographic equipment in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist patients with mobility needs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and emergencies.
