Description: Client Assessment:
Conduct initial consultations and use psychological tests or interviews to assess a clients mental and emotional status.
Treatment Planning:
Develop individualized, goal-specific treatment plans based on the clients diagnosis and needs.
Therapeutic Intervention:
Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and other evidence-based techniques to help clients manage issues and develop coping mechanisms.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, confidential records of client progress, sessions, and other clinical data.
Client Advocacy & Collaboration:
Act as a client advocate, coordinate services, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic treatment.
Referrals:
Provide referrals for additional care or services when needed.
