Description: A Senior Dietitian is a highly skilled healthcare professional with advanced knowledge of nutrition science who provides comprehensive nutritional assessments, develops individualized meal plans, educates patients on dietary management, and leads the dietetics team by supervising junior dietitians, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to policy development within their healthcare setting, often specializing in complex cases or specific patient populations.

Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelors degree with a major concentration in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food, Food Science, or Food Service Management.
Completion of a dietetic internship and professional experience in nutrition when combined totals two (2) years of professional experience in nutrition, or two (2) years of full-time professional experience in nutrition.
