Description: Assess nutritional needs: Evaluate a patients nutritional needs and health status
Develop meal plans: Create meal plans that consider the patients preferences and budget
Counsel patients: Provide guidance on healthy eating habits and nutrition issues
Educate patients: Teach patients about the relationship between diet and health
Collaborate with other health care professionals: Consult with physicians and other members of the health care team
Monitor patients: Monitor patients for changes in body composition, such as muscle and fat loss

Requirements: Achelors degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from an accredited institution.
State licensure or certification as required by the relevant regulatory body (if applicable).
