Description: Diagnosing and treating conditions
Rheumatologists diagnose and treat complex conditions such as arthritis, back pain, osteoporosis, gout, pseudogout, lupus, and Sjogrens syndrome
Designing treatment plans
Rheumatologists design tailored treatment plans that may include drug treatments, joint injections, muscle biopsies, and referrals to therapists
Evaluating lab results
Rheumatologists evaluate lab results and other advanced tests to help determine the best treatment

Requirements: Board-certified rheumatologist.
Possess sound medical knowledge.
Excellent managerial skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
