Description: Provide direct and indirect patient care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Communicate patient progress and needs effectively to physicians, families, and other members of the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation
Stay current with advancements in neonatal care and integrate evidence-based practices into daily work
