Description: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans with precision and care.Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by explaining procedures and answering questions to reduce anxiety.Maintain and operate imaging equipment, conducting routine checks to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.Position patients accurately for imaging studies, using knowledge of anatomy and imaging techniques to achieve the best results.Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and accurate diagnostics.Document patient information, imaging results, and any adverse reactions or complications in a clear and precise manner.Adhere to protocols for radiation safety and infection control to protect patients and staff during procedures.Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and participate in ongoing education and training.

Requirements: An associates or bachelors degree in radiography or radiologic technology.
A state license and certification to practice.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to operate and understand radiographic technology and equipment.
The physical stamina to stand for long periods and operate heavy machinery without assistance.
