Description: Pediatric Dentist
Job Description
• Diagnose oral pathologies related to infants and children, and perform oral surgical procedures applicable to the patient.
• Provide interceptive treatment for children with primary and mixed dentition.
• Provide comprehensive oral health care for children with behavioral problems and special healthcare needs with medical, emotional, mental or physical disabilities.
• Manage non-nutritive habits such as thumb sucking, finger sucking, lip sucking, pacifier and tongue thrust.
• Complete oral rehabilitation under general anaesthesia and Conscious sedation.

Required Qualifications
• Undergraduate Education: Dental Bachelor Degree recognized by Dubai Health Authority.
• Postgraduate Education: American Board or Royal College is preferable, Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training or equivalent recognized by Dubai Health Authority.
• Licensing: Preferably has DHA license or eligibility letter.
• Experience after specialization: minimum of 5 years.

Requirements: A Medical degree and the successful completion of a residency and fellowship in pediatrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to relate to children.
Strong decision-making, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational, leadership, and teamworking skills.
A caring and compassionate nature when working with children and their families.
