Description: A Neonatology Specialist, or neonatologist, is a physician specializing in the care of newborn infants, particularly those born prematurely, critically ill, or with congenital disabilities. They work in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide life-saving treatments and support. This includes diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, managing complex cases, and providing emotional support to families.

Requirements: Proven work experience as a Neonatologist or similar role
A willingness to work long hours and remain on-call for emergency situations
The ability to work under pressure and stress
Strong communication skills and patience and empathy towards patients and their families
Strong dedication and motivation for helping newborn infants
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Neonatologist
