Description: A Neonatology Consultant, or neonatologist, is a pediatrician specializing in the medical care of newborn infants, particularly those with high-risk or complex health conditions, often working in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).

Requirements: Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of a residency in pediatrics and fellowship in neonatology
- Board certification in Neonatology
- State medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Passion for providing the best possible care for infants and their families
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
