- Sales & Promotion:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and related services to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Product Knowledge & Education:
Provide comprehensive information on product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals.
Sales & Presentations:
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to persuade potential customers to purchase.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Event Management:
Organize and attend conferences, trade shows, and educational events to promote products and connect with professionals.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas for the assigned territory.
Reporting:
Submit sales reports, track customer feedback, and provide market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
A Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field is typically required.
Experience:
Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector, is beneficial.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence healthcare professionals.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of medical terminology, product technical information, and the healthcare industry.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze market data, develop sales strategies, and identify customer needs.
Independent Work Ethic:
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets without constant supervision
