Summary:
The Medical Claims Officer will provide quality service to clients, promptly and effectively assessing and processing claims and approval according to operations set standards.
Main Tasks:
• Manages routine daily claims administration work.
• Coordinates workflow & meets deadlines.
• Evaluates claims with regard to eligibility.
• Takes decisions on high-cost and complicated cases based on standard operating procedures.
• Handles International pre-authorization cases as required.
• Attends calls and e-mails from insurance companies, clients, and providers.
• Coordinates with international providers for direct billing.
• Makes suggestions to improve service.
• Increases efficiency, and minimizes errors and administration time.
- Requirements
- • Should be willing be to work shifts (morning, evening and night shifts)
• Must be an MBBS graduate (no other medical related education will be accepted)
• Candidates able to start immediately preferred.
• Medical license not required
• 2 yrs minimum clinical experience
