Verification: Verifying patient eligibility and coverage with insurance providers.
Communication: Interacting with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve claim issues.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of claims, payments, and other relevant information.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving discrepancies or denials related to claims.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA.
