Description: Key Responsibilities:

Operation and Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and operate laser equipment for specific applications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols when operating laser systems to protect both clients and staff.

Client Consultation and Care: Consult with clients to assess their needs, explain procedures, and provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, equipment maintenance, and client interactions.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser technology and related procedures to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications:

Education: Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or degrees in laser technology, biomedical engineering, or related fields are preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in operating laser equipment is advantageous. On-the-job training may be provided for specific procedures.

Skills:

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laser systems.

Strong understanding of safety protocols related to laser use.

Excellent communication skills for client interactions.

Attention to detail and precision in performing procedures.

Technical knowledge and skill for the operation of a variety of laser equipment to meet a client’s various aesthetic needs.
Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and suitability for laser procedures.
Excellent communication skills to explain the process, risks, and benefits of treatments to clients, as well as to listen and understand their concerns and desired outcomes.
High attention to detail to ensure precise application of laser treatments and to identify and react to any adverse skin responses.
Interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and provide a comfortable and safe environment for treatments.
Time management skills to efficiently schedule and provide treatments in a timely manner.
Customer service skills to perform transactions, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients regarding their recovery and satisfaction.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform delicate and precise treatments.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with the equipment and resolve any client concerns or complaints.
