- We are looking to hire a Laboratory Specialist to join our team and provide expert support in conducting advanced laboratory tests and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in laboratory procedures, quality control, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex laboratory analyses on biological, chemical, or environmental samples.
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols and laboratory safety standards.
Analyze test results, interpret data, and prepare detailed reports for healthcare providers or research teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of laboratory procedures, results, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with laboratory staff to improve testing methodologies and workflows.
Participate in internal and external audits and proficiency testing programs.
Train junior laboratory personnel and assist in skill development.
Stay updated on new laboratory technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
