Description: Plan experiments: Organize experiments and related exercises
Operate equipment: Use microscopes, automated cell counters, and other laboratory equipment
Analyze samples: Collect and analyze samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances
Maintain equipment: Oversee the inventory of supplies and equipment
Ensure safety: Implement safety procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues
Provide support: Collaborate with other teams and provide technical support to team members
Document data: Record data from experiments and enter results into patient records

Requirements: A minimum of a BSc in medical diagnostics, medical technology or an equivalent with a specialist in medical microbiology;
6 Years of experience in medical microbiology in a human clinical laboratory in developing countries with at least two years’ experience in a laboratory quality management role
Knowledge and experience in the laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases including specific hands-on laboratory experience.
