Description
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to support our research and development efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Laboratory Analyst will be responsible for preparing samples, conducting tests, recording and analyzing data, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The successful candidate will have a background in chemistry, biology, or a related field, and will be comfortable working with complex instruments and software. Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze samples according to established protocols.
Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and experiments.
Record and analyze data accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Document and report test results in a timely manner.
Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods.
Collaborate with other team members on research projects.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Proficiency in using advanced laboratory equipment.
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar laboratory role.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or physics
Strong laboratory skills, including experience with laboratory equipment and techniques
Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
