Description: In this role, your responsibilities include performing simple hearing tests, helping patients get fitted for a hearing aid or other equipment for hearing loss, sound sensitivity, or a balance disorder, and making adjustments to the aids.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of audiology principles, hearing assessment techniques, and hearing aid technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Ability to empathize with clients and provide emotional support throughout the hearing aid evaluation and fitting process.
Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software to conduct hearing tests and program hearing aids.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document client information and maintain records.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hearing aid fitting and performance.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and appointments effectively.
Patience and perseverance to work with clients who may have difficulty adapting to their hearing aids.
Knowledge of hearing aid insurance coverage and reimbursement procedures.
