- We are seeking a dedicated care coordinator to assist us with patients enrolled at our facility. You will be responsible for consulting with patients and determining their needs, developing care plans, coordinating patient-care services, educating them about their condition, and working with the care team to evaluate interventions.
- Requirements
- A bachelors degree in health care or administration.
At least three years experience as a medical administrative officer or a similar role.
Knowledge of key medical reports such as pathology reports and general-health checks.
Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
Top-notch client interaction skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
