Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngologist) to diagnose, treat, and perform surgical procedures for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and head and neck. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both medical and surgical management of ENT conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders, including infections, tumors, hearing loss, and breathing difficulties.
Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, thyroidectomies, and reconstructive surgeries for patients with head and neck cancer.
Develop and implement treatment plans, offering both surgical and non-surgical options to patients.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their treatment.
Conduct diagnostic tests, including endoscopies, imaging, and hearing tests.
Collaborate with other medical professionals, including audiologists, speech therapists, and oncologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on managing their conditions and preventing future issues, such as proper hygiene, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments.
Maintain thorough patient records and documentation of diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with completion of an otolaryngology residency program.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
Extensive experience in performing surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, and head and neck.
Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of the latest advancements in ENT treatment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
Compassionate approach to patient care and recovery.
