Description: We are looking for a Dermatology Assistant to join our team.

Dermatology Assistant Responsibilities:

-Staffing check-in desk, patient reception/waiting room area, and patient check out
Conducting initial patient interviews.
-Assisting providers in exam rooms during consultations, assessments, and during medical and cosmetic procedures such as biopsies or other surgeries.
-Documenting medical notes in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software as directed by providers.
-Preparing biopsies and other medical laboratory tests for pick up and testing.

Requirements: A meticulous approach to patient care, including thorough medical documentation and accurate diagnosis.
Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare.
Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development in the field of dermatology.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment and handle a diverse range of dermatological cases.
