- Exciting opportunities exists for passionate, caring and qualified Health Assistants (Nursing) to join our dynamic team. You will work as part of a wider team, under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) or equivalent, and will make a positive contribution to patient care through assistance and support to our Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses.
Within this role, the elements of direct and non-direct patient care will be delegated in accordance with the professional judgement of the supervising Registered Nurse, and in accordance with the level of achieved educational preparation and assessed competence of each Health Assistant (Nursing).
- Requirements
- Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare.
Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development in the field of dermatology.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment and handle a diverse range of dermatological cases.
A cooperative and positive attitude to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
