- Description
- We are looking for an experienced Dental Surgeon to provide specialized dental care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dental issues that require surgical intervention. The ideal candidate will possess strong surgical skills and a deep understanding of advanced dental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex dental surgeries, including extractions, root canals, dental implants, and corrective surgeries.
Assess and diagnose dental conditions requiring surgical treatment, such as severe tooth decay, gum disease, and jaw abnormalities.
Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients dental needs and medical histories.
Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure proper recovery and address any complications.
Provide advice and education to patients regarding oral health care, post-surgical care, and preventative measures.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting procedures, diagnoses, and recovery progress.
Work in collaboration with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Completion of an accredited oral surgery residency program.
Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Extensive knowledge of dental surgery techniques, tools, and patient care practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and colleagues.
