3+ years of experience in biotechnology research and development preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of biology, chemistry, and engineering processes
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work with hazardous materials and adhere to safety protocols.
