Description: assists anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists by preparing, maintaining, and monitoring equipment used during surgical procedures. They also play a role in patient care, including vital sign monitoring and assisting with procedures like intubation and extubation.

Requirements: Associate degree in Anesthesia Technology or related field
Certification as a Certified Anesthesia Technician (CAT) from the American Society of Anesthesia Technicians and Technologists (ASATT)
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Ability to lift and move heavy medical equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS/ACLS) certification preferred
