- Requirements
- Senior Quantity Surveyor sources for all the cost estimated for the construction projects and prepares quotations and tenders for projects. They assist project managers in the procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation. The Senior Quantity Surveyor also manages a small team of junior Quantity Surveyors.
