Description: A Senior Quantity Surveyor is a construction industry professional responsible for managing and controlling project costs throughout the lifecycle of a construction project. They typically oversee a team of junior surveyors, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay within the allocated cost. Senior Quantity Surveyors also play a key role in contract negotiation, procurement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: All quantity surveying duties including measurement ,valuation and agreement of work. Analysis of blueprint and other documentation to prepare time, cost materials and labour costs and estimates. Assess the cost effectiveness of the projects/tracking actual cost relative to bids as the project develops. Setting up cost monitoring and reporting system and the procedures. Competent in all forms of estimation and in project Management.
