- our day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products
• Traveling to visit potential clients
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Calculating client quotations, Negotiating tender and contract terms and closing sales
• Offering after-sales support services
• Analyzing costs and sales. Preparing reports, Meeting regular sales targets
• Recording and maintaining client contact data
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance
• Liaising with members of the technical team Solving client problems
- Requirements
- Experience Required
Good understanding of sales process and dynamics
Knowledge of the 3D printing landscape at least 3 years required
Previous experience with Ultimaker will be an added advantage
Commitment to excellent customer service
BS in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
Ability to work on multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner
Should have very good writing, communication, and presentation skill
