- Description
- Prepare tender & contract documents, including bills of quantities and project specifications
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors proposal and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors
Evaluate from contractors and subcontractor’s proposal and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
Coordination of work effort for each discipline.
Prepare cost analysis based on the drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved.
Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
Able to work well within a team based environment.
