Description: The Procurement Engineer investigates the market with specifications and performance requirements for Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and products, analyzes technical and commercial data based on the responses received, re-iterates with bidders, recommending those most desirable using tools like bid comparison tables

Requirements: Requirements
 Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in instrumentation or mechanical engineering
 3-4 years Min experience as instrumentation/ procurement engineer in Middle east oil and gas industry.
 Global Sourcing experience in the oil and gas industry (onshore & offshore), Well head system & Drilling equipments.
 Brand & Market Knowledge of Instruments & Valves, Pumps & compressors.
 Good in Supply chain Management process & project Documentation
 Knowledge with Engineering Standards such as API, NFPA, ASME, NEMA, IEC, BS/EN, etc.
 Computer and Internet research savvy is a must; Proficient with MS Office Applications and Software
