Description: We are in need of Facilities Engineer.
-Arab preferred (Bilingual: English & Arabic)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in same role (UAE/Gulf)
-The candidate must have a background in building services engineering on commercial properties and a relevant qualification/degree level of education or relevant membership within the industry.Responsible for managing the repairs, maintenance and programs for all the mechanical and electrical plant including HVAC, plumbing, electrical installations, lifts, and cold water services, Fit-out project, prepare the required quantity and estimation for new office decoration, list the RFPs for the far-out projects including all the required materials, specification and quantity. Extensive experience of managing contractors with a detailed technical knowledge of M&E plant and statutory compliance. Ensure PPM activities are being carried out as per the plan. Advice on enhancing equipment performance.Ensure all works executed are as per QHSE policies and requirements. Coordinate with other stakeholders (building occupants) to address maintenance complaints and issues.
