Description: Required Position: Aluminum Estimator
A leading Aluminum and building materials company is looking for an Aluminum Estimator.

Job Description:
Candidate with sound technical background preferably with degree in Engineering and has experience in Aluminum Industry.
The role is responsible in prepare portions of contract proposal estimates, including calculation of material quantity requirements, preparation of routine estimating data and production of drawings & documents.

- Receiving project inquiry, handling clarification, compiling documentation & collecting information
- Reviewing and generating shop drawings/section details, preparing final position drawings & quantities
- Review design options and recommend best solution, select and finalize the systems
- Calculate material quantity requirements, utilize Estimation software and prepare material take-off
- Prepare, finalize, submit quotations and obtain customer acceptance
- Submit company prequalification
- Technical & Material submittals including Compliance statement, test certificates, sample boards etc
- Handle further queries and perform additional sales support services and complete assignments as per supervisors direction.
Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable of Orgadata – Logikal Software is advantage.
• Have work experience in UAE for at least 5 to 10 years.
• Can join immediately

The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: 1. Possess a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
2. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer within the construction sector, particularly focusing on landscape projects.
3. Exhibit a deep understanding of landscape construction techniques, materials, and cost considerations.
4. Proficiency in the use of estimation software and tools.
5. Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to interpret technical data and blueprints effectively.
6. Display exceptional attention to detail and precision when estimating costs and quantities.
7. Possess the versatility to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, accompanied by outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Demonstrate robust organizational and time management proficiencies to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
