Description: Construction Company looking for an Estimation Engineer
Job Duties:
• Receiving technical information from Management and Sales Team
• Gathering all documents, analyzing all specifications, drawings and contract conditions and all project scope of works
• Estimating/Quoting, building up rates into BOQ from estimation/tendering/commercial department
• Coordinating with planning team, design team, finance team and projects team on technical information and commercial requirements
• Supporting Sales Department from commencing the company jobs till closing
• Sending RFIs/Queries and coordinating to Clients/Consultants when necessary for clarifications and various technical issues
• Sending inquiries, procuring required materials and equipments, locally or internationally source with different sub-contractors and suppliers
• Finalizing the full estimated BOQ including preliminaries with approved margin from top management
• Reading and understanding the tender documents (specifications, drawings, bill of quantities, conditions of contract, schedules, etc.)
• Submitting final offer to Clients thru various correspondences such as email or hard copies.

Requirements: Experience: 5 years minimum; Bachelor Degree is an advantage; Arabic preferred
