Description: Urgently required for a Leading Furniture and Fit out Company in Abu Dhabi
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for reviewing post-contract quantities of scope of work and advice Projects Managers of any contractual issue after studying the contract and other related documents.
• In relation to the above, review, advice and coordinate with the Estimation Department contractual issues that necessitate commercial evaluation (such as variation order, additional works, etc.)
• Prepare the relevant Progress Reports for each project and distributing the same to all concerned after review by the Projects Managers.

• Cash Flow Reporting
• Cost Management & Pre casting
• BOQ Preparations
• Knowledge of FIDIC
• Must Proficient Microsoft Project
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Command on MS Office Applications.
• Pressure Handling
• Team work
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Good Communications Skills

Requirements: Experience: 5 years minimum; Experience in UAE is an advantage; Bachelor Degree required
