Requirements: Mandatory to know authorities approvals and procedures and procedures for construction permits from DM/DDA/DCD/TRAKHEES/DEWA/RTA ETC
Dubai Driving License
Project management and site experience
Tendering and preparing DOQ
Attend meetings with clients and consultants
Must be available in UAE who can join immediately
