Description: Urgent Needed Civil Engineer with Minimum Experience of 3-5 years requires that can Join Immediately.

1.) Gaining approvals from Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees for pool and Landscaping,, Interiors Etc.
2.) Costing of all proposals when they go out to the prospects.
3.) Weekly billing for all clients
4.) Timeline management for projects through Primavera or Microsoft projects
5.) Regular Clients updates
6.) Leading the Team to Faster Execution
7.) Quality Check and Snagging List
8.) Checklist for Projects
9.) Site Visits and Project Management
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Probably residing in UAE or UAE Returned.
Age around 30 years old
Male, Indian or Filipino preferable
Degree is attested
HAS A UAE DRIVING LICENSE SO HE GO TO SITES
Worked in a Pool or Landscape company before, it will be great
Has Knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft project
Proficient in Microsoft office and especially excel
Can meet client and communicate well
Experienced in managing project, project timelines, weekly invoicing of project, costing of project and quantity estimations and pricing.
