- Job Description: Summary: The Architect position within the Engineering & Manufacturing industry, involves designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. The role primarily focuses on creating innovative and functional architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Architectural design: Develop creative and practical architectural designs that meet client requirements, project objectives, and aesthetic considerations. Utilize architectural software and tools to create detailed drawings, plans, and models. Building codes and regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design process. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. Project coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to integrate architectural design with structural, electrical, and mechanical systems. Coordinate design changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution. Client collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budgetary constraints. Provide design recommendations, present proposals, and incorporate client feedback into the architectural design process. Materials and specifications: Select appropriate building materials, finishes, and fixtures based on functionality, durability, and aesthetic preferences. Prepare material specifications and coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement. Budget and timeline management: Develop project budgets and schedules for architectural design phases. Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure timely completion of design deliverables. Construction administration: Provide on-site support during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and construction documentation. Collaborate with construction teams, review submittals, and address design-related queries or issues. Sustainable design practices: Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy-efficient strategies, and green building techniques into architectural designs. Aim for environmental sustainability, energy conservation, and reduced carbon footprint. Project presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate design concepts, project progress, and design rationale. Use visual aids, 3D renderings, and virtual reality tools to enhance presentations.

- Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture/ Engineering
• Experience in Marble & Stones division / industry is a MUST.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (2D & 3D), excellent design and drafting skills.
• High levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
• Have good communication and problem solving skills.
• Can work under pressure and must be trustworthy.
