Temporary Position
Duration: 3 months

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Update customer delivery date and supplier delivery date
• Support with Data Entry for Finance and Operations Departments for UK and ME
• Preparing cash flow weekly / monthly for UK and ME
• Preparing daily report
• Printing, copying, routing for approvals of all sales invoicing
• Coordination with Operations on collation of supporting documents for revenue recognition
• Filing complete set of invoicing package including invoice, delivery notes and sales order
• Partial assistance in accounts receivable collections
• Pro-forma sales invoicing
• Maintenance of sales ledger (AR transfers and cash application of customer payments)
• Open SO and PO maintenance
• New customer account opening and maintenance
• Maintenance of deferred revenue, other payables and accruals
• Maintenance and update of daily exchange rates in systems
• Code creation in Soft and Dream
• Contact customers within the designated timeframes to ensure that any queries are answered in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Educated to degree standard or equivalent experience
Undertaking relevant professional education
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Experience using leading accounting packages.

Requirements
Experience in accounting and strong hold of English language required.
