Description: • Monitor and record vehicle and pedestrian movement into and out of the property.
• Prevent the obstruction to access from vehicles parking in front of the gates.
• Ensure that company employees follow the company’s rules and regulations.
• Perform periodically specified (at least every hour) patrols of his designated area, ensuring no irregularities, and informing supervisors in the event if there are.
• Perform full location check (store rooms, generator room, diesel point area etc) from time to time to ensure no irregularities.
• Supervise vehicle unloading.
• Manage safety and security documents pertaining to the Regulatory Authorities.
• Monitor and supervise scheduled cleaning activities of the designated area by cleaning crew.
• Oversee fire safety equipment i.e. ensure fire extinguishers, fire hoses etc. are working correctly, informing the Supervisor of any irregularities that could compromise company or personnel safety.
• Ensure personnel safety, and inform immediately in the event of an emergency i.e. calling an ambulance in the event of an accident leading to an injury etc.
• Inform the Manager and the Supervisor in the event of damage to property.
• Ensure that the offices are closed after working hours to ensure no theft occurs.
• Ensure that traffic in front of the gate is consistently moving so as to prevent vehicle movement constrictions.
