Description
Overseeing the smooth functioning of the restaurant, from opening to closing, including managing bookings, and resolving customer issues.
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating staff. This includes addressing employee issues and conflicts.
Customer Service:
Ensuring a positive dining experience by greeting customers, handling complaints, and building customer relationships.
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, controlling costs, tracking sales, and generating reports.
Inventory Management:
Ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage to minimize waste.
Requirements
A high school qualification or equivalent.
Experience working in the restaurant industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Bookkeeping knowledge.
Ability to professionally address customer complaints.
